They were fantastic! Carlos and Francisco were able to help us when our car died on a Sunday, and basically everyone else was closed. They replaced our battery and reprogrammed the car for a very reasonable price (we were quoted double from another company than what we ended up paying), and got it done in 10 min! We will for sure be reaching out to them again for any car troubles.

Lone Peak Mobile Mechanic was great to work with! They were very responsive and were able to help us within a few hours of us calling them. Carlos was great to work with and they got us on the road again very quickly.

Paid them approx 1,000 For battery replacement and parasitic draw analysis. Told me no draw. Three weeks later the battery was dead dead. Nobody had driven the car and they assured me they had connected the trickle charger. So I called today at 1pm and asked for help. They said would call me back in 10 mins. 7 hours later they called and said that Sunday was the soonest they could get to me. Yes. Sunday. So if that’s your idea of the kind of customer service you want, I highly recommend them. Otherwise, probably should consider paying NAPA $220 for the battery and replace it yourself. She on me for trying to press the easy button. Lesson learned.

I never leave reviews but this mechanic deserves 10 stars. They were communicative and prompt, even on a busy Saturday, and they diagnosed our issue quickly (a part broke on the gear shift of our van so we couldn't drive it). Carlos fixed our van in less than 24 hours (on a WEEKEND), and I was back driving it the very next day. He was so kind and considerate, telling us "I have kids too, I know how it is" and I just so appreciated the quick service. Even though I hadn't said anything, as a mom with young kids, I was pretty devastated to not have my van, so it just meant so much to me that Carlos anticipated that need and did his best to get our car done quickly. It saved me a world of stress and hassle. That extra level of service really impressed us and we will DEFINITELY be return customers. Thank you so much Carlos and Lone Peak Mobile Mechanics! ❤️

We’ve worked with Carlos a few times now and I highly recommend his company. He’s timely and trustworthy. Having a mobile mechanic you can trust to do great work is amazing. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if the need arises.
